Mid Dakota Equipment & Service was founded in 1985. We are a distributor of commercial laundry equipment, ice machines, hot water heaters, and changers; seller of quality used equipment; provide expert service with 35 years of experience; and handle a full line of parts.
Mid Dakota Equipment was established by Steve Feeldy, a Laundromat owner and residential service technician, out of necessity to fill the void in the upper Midwest. Large companies in the large cities only provided service after a long wait and high prices for the rural areas of ND, SD, IA, MN, and NE. McGaugh Family Inc purchased the company in 2017. Jeff McGaugh, an electrician and appliance service technician, is working under Steve's guidance to continue the mission of Mid Dakota Equipment & Service.
Business has expanded from those rural areas to now include the large cities because of cost efficient prices and rapid, personal service, plus the availability of quality used equipment.
Mid Dakota Equipment is proud of the close relationships we have developed over the years with a conservative, no nonsense approach to advise our clients the best way to proceed to make a profit and not to just sell new equipment.
